    i know the reference thing is jus using the cell numbers (eg F9 D6 etc) but in my previous wrk place the calculations didnt work.im not sure isit because the cell had been modified or what.because im suppose to work on past records and collate/organised them.in the end im forced to do those parts manually which took me more time and look like im unefficient =(
