    Running GoPro CineForm on Win7 shows the two speed options you asked about.

    The GoPro HD Hero2 can do WVGA 120fps, it should be at the top of your quality settings. If you’re using the PAL setting instead of the NTSC setting your WVGA will be at 100fps.

    Do you need to download only footage shot with the GoPro Hero, or can other footage be used,with this software, such as Sony Z1u, or DSLR footage?
