    When you click on the cell, you can then go into the formula bar and edit the line. Another option is to highlight the Cell in the formula bar and hit the F4 key which will automatically place the $ symbol on the highlighted data.

    unfortunately I think I am in need of a complete complex organizational/schedule sheet. I am a fitness director with 17 classes being utilized in my fitness center per week in a 20 person max. area (per class). I am really wishing I had a genius mind to concoct a program that could allow my members an opportunity to sign up for classes, not get wait-listed, and without them having control of the sign ups. Long explanation short….I need a miracle! Thanks so much though!!

    You could try to check to see what is available with existing templates. I would think you could find something that works.
